Woman attacks man with scalding ghee in Khanewal

KHANEWAL: A woman poured over scalding ghee on a man's face, who was allegedly harassing her outside her house. 


According to police, a woman attacked a man with boiling ghee at the outskirts of Khanewal. Police disclosed that the man used to stand outside the woman's house and harassed her every time she stepped outside.

On Monday when the same tried to happen, the woman threw boiling ghee on the man's face, injuring him badly. In her statement to the police, the woman claimed that she was only defending herself since the man was trying to break into her house.

Police arrested the woman and have started conducting an investigation into the incident. The man has been shifted to a district headquarter hospital for medical treatment.
